In relation to our customers we are subject to information duties according to Art. 33 of the REACH regulation if a product supplied by us contains a substance of very high concern (SVHC substance) in a mass concentration above 0.1 percent.
In our own interest and against the background of a high delivery and product reliability we take these information duties very seriously The statutory specifications according to Art. 33 of the REACH regulation are observed by us.
So far only just a few products were identified which contain substances specified in the candidate list (SVHC) of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Hegenscheidt MFD publishes on its homepage the list of these products containing one of the substances specified in the candidate list. The entry is marked as to whether the quantity contained has a mass concentration above or below 0.1%.
Naturally, this list is regularly maintained by Hegenscheidt-MFD and, if there are changes to the candidate list, adapted accordingly.
